No. Payment is required at the time of booking and prior to check-in. Unlike hotels, few serviced apartment buildings have a manned reception or the facility to take payment at the time of check-in. At the time of booking you will be asked for full payment unless otherwise agreed.

Yes, it is possible to make group bookings. Our team are highly experienced and familiar working with companies with group accommodation requirements.
Extra beds can be provided subject to the size of apartment and there being sufficient space. These are charged at £50 + VAT. Please advise reservations at the time of booking.
